Salt is seeking an outstanding leader to support office and facilities management across multiple locations in the UAE. The role focuses on developing a clear premises strategy that aligns with premium service and brand standards.

Responsibilities include leading facilities management, renovations, and cleaning projects, while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations across all sites. You will partner with senior colleagues to reflect Salt's brand values in physical spaces.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver a premises strategy aligned with 7 star customer service.
• Lead facilities management, renovations, and cleaning projects.
• Work with senior colleagues to ensure spaces reflect brand values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all sites operate safely, efficiently and in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Oversee all relevant contractor relationships.
• Manage premises budgets and ensure best value from suppliers and service contracts.
• Keep business continuity and emergency plans up to date and effective.
• Support the front office and reception staff, promoting excellent service and teamwork.
• Be a visible and approachable presence across sites, responding to facilities needs and ensuring spaces are positive and productive environments.
