Job summary

Casamia in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Head of Kitchen & Wardrobe Projects to lead the division, drive business development, and deliver projects end-to-end with high quality. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, joinery, or specialist fit-out.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, hospitality, or commercial kitchen projects.
• Strong understanding of PM, contracts, estimation, MEP coordination, installation, and commercial management.
• Demonstrated experience in both business development and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the project pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead the project sales team to achieve BD and revenue targets.
• Oversee tendering, quotations, contract reviews, and negotiations.
• Coordinate design, estimation, procurement, production, installation, snagging, and handover.
• Monitor progress, quality, timelines, profitability, and client satisfaction across projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (developers, consultants, contractors, clients).
• Allocate resources and lead Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

The Head of Kitchen & Wardrobe Projects will lead the Kitchen & Wardrobe Projects Division, driving business development, commercial performance, and end-to-end project delivery. Working with the Project Managers, Sales, and Design teams, the role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing projects, overseeing execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, while achieving the division’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
