We’re seeking product leaders who can shape AI-native enterprise software by translating workflows into intelligent agent-driven products, collaborating with investment professionals and customers to ship impactful

Qualifications

• Proven ability to judge product impact across AI-native enterprise software.
• Track record shipping sophisticated software products at scale.
• Deep understanding of modern AI capabilities and constraints.
• Ability to quickly map complex workflows into product features.
• Comfort collaborating directly with customers and technical teams.
• Strong written and analytical thinking needed for clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own major areas of the Smart Bricks intelligence platform.
• Translate institutional workflows into AI-native products.
• Define agent capabilities and orchestration.
• Work directly with investment professionals and customers.
• Partner closely with Applied AI, Engineering and Design.
• Define evaluation criteria alongside traditional product metrics.
• Prototype aggressively and ship quickly.
• Determine what should be automated, assisted or left to human judgment.

The role

We’re looking for product people excited by the fact that the playbook for AI-native enterprise software hasn’t been written yet.

You’ll define products where agents perform work rather than simply expose software features.
