- Prepare and manage the annual IT budget.
- Manage the Academy's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and software, ensuring their security and reliability.
- Evaluate new solutions, market trends, and technologies to provide high-quality IT services.
- Oversee the design, construction, and organization of IT infrastructure and applications, ensuring maintenance and integration.
- Develop and maintain systems and applications for organizational units to support daily operations.
- Provide technical support for electronic devices and systems to ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate with IT suppliers and negotiate contracts for quality IT products and services.
- Manage IT projects, including software implementation and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure projects meet standards and scope for successful delivery.
