Ideal Candidate

The Company is seeking a seasoned Head of HR with a proven track record in high-performance environments, ideally within leading Management Consulting Firms. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can scale HR practices, build robust talent pipelines, and foster a culture of excellence. The Head of HR will act as a trusted advisorto senior leadership while ensuring operational discipline and a best-in-class employee experience across the organizationary

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the firm\'s objectives, supporting growth, organizational design, and talent pipeline building
  • Apply data-driven insights to shape workforce planning, strengthen succession pipelines, and advance organizational development
  • Refine and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems across recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & rewards, and employee relations
  • Ensure strong HR Systems governance, reporting integrity, and adherence to local regulations
  • Lead and develop the HR team, setting functional goals and ensuring high standards of execution
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment that values diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  • Oversee the development of HR dashboards and analytics to monitor KPIs such as turnover, recruitment costs, and productivity
  • Partner with business units and practice leaders to identify workforce challenges and deliver HR solutions tailored to their needs
  • Design and implement leadership development frameworks that equip future leaders with the skills to thrive in high-performance environments
  • Oversee the development of High-Potential Employees: Implement tailored development plans, including stretch assignments, mentorship, coaching, and leadership programs, to prepare future leaders
Qualifications
  1. You are someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and you\'re excited by the challenge of building clarity, structure and scalability in growing organizations
  2. You\'ve led HR in complex environments, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
  3. You\re calm under pressure, pragmatic, and highly collaborative with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and the operational skillset to make things happen
  4. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  5. 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior HR Director / VP leadership roles
  6. Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds at top-tier management consulting firms
  7. Experience in UAE or broader GCC markets is highly desirable
  8. Fluent in English
