Job summary

Leru Partners in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance Systems & Processes to establish, implement and embed the compliance, risk and control infrastructure required to support a rapidly scaling organisation.

This hands-on leadership role requires building frameworks from the ground up, owning them end to end, and transitioning them into sustainable BAU operations across the business.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of compliance, risk or controls framework programmes.
• Hands-on experience building control libraries, risk registers and testing cycles.
• Experience with Archer, ServiceNow or comparable GRC platforms; GCC exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end compliance and control framework across pre-build, build and operational environments.
• Establish governance, risk and compliance processes aligned with ISO 31000 and COSO principles.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of GRC platforms such as Archer and ServiceNow.
• Embed processes across the organisation and transition them into sustainable BAU ownership.
