💼 Head of Finance & Capital Markets – Dubai, UAE (Hybrid) Fintech

💰 45,000 – 60,000 AED per month

We’re partnering with a brand new future unicorn a pioneering FinTech that’s transforming how people pay for housing across MENA. Backed by world-class founders and investors who’ve raised over $200M and scaled some of the most successful global FinTechs, this is a chance to join at the ground floor of something huge.

The Role

As Head of Finance & Capital Markets, you’ll own the complete financial strategy and capital raising function – building the financial foundation from scratch while turning finance into a competitive advantage through world-class unit economics and capital efficiency.

This is a hands-on role at the start, covering everything from FP&A to capital raising, before scaling your own finance team.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end financial strategy, planning & capital markets approach
• All finance functions initially (FP&A, treasury, investor relations, fundraising)
• Pricing strategy & optimization across the lending portfolio
• Debt & equity fundraising execution + investor relationships
• Funding structure & cost of capital optimization
• Strategic financial modeling & business decision support
• Building the finance organization as scale demands

Must-Haves

• 6–8+ years in finance, capital markets or investment banking (FinTech/lending focus)
• Proven experience raising debt/equity for high-growth companies
• Strong financial modeling & unit economics skills
• Deep understanding of lending economics & portfolio structures
• Complete ownership mentality – accountable for performance & capital efficiency
• Track record building finance systems & processes from scratch

Huge Plus

• Finance leadership in BNPL, consumer lending or neobanks (Klarna, Affirm, Tabby, Tamara)
• Relationships with banks, funds, and institutional investors across MENA/GCC
• Experience in securitizations or structured funding in emerging markets
• Led finance through Series B/C+ rounds
• Investment banking or principal investing background
