What You Will Do:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Formulate and execute a robust financial strategy that supports our growth objectives and aligns with our overall business vision. Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive team.
• Fundraising: Lead and manage all aspects of fundraising activities, including preparing investor presentations, engaging with potential investors, and securing venture capital and other funding sources. Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain investors.
• Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. Communicate company performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives clearly and effectively to investors and stakeholders.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyze financial performance and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
• Capital Management: Optimize the company’s capital structure and manage equity and debt financing. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support product development, market expansion, and operational scalability.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement and manage financial controls, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Drive improvements in financial reporting and performance management.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations, operational risks, and regulatory changes. Develop strategies to protect the company’s financial stability and integrity.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
