A leading fashion recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a Head of Fashion Design. The ideal candidate will manage the design process from conception to final styling, bringing expertise in creating fashion collections. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in fashion design and proficiency in design software. This role offers a competitive salary up to 38K AED, based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Expert in designing a Fashion Collection from planning to execution.
• At least 10 years experience in Fashion Design.
• Strong computer knowledge, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes and create inspiration for the brand.
• Manage design process from conception through to final styling.
• Prepare the collection based on agreed color palette, mood board, and fabric.
• Supervise and coach the team.
