We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Events to lead and elevate our events function across multiple markets. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience managing large-scale events from concept to execution, while fostering creativity, operational excellence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with organisational goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class events.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and delivery — including design, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis.
  • Drive innovation in event formats, technology, and audience engagement.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and ensure cost-effective, high-quality execution.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Present and pitch creative event concepts with strategic insight and confidence.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
