We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Events to lead and elevate our events function across multiple markets. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience managing large-scale events from concept to execution, while fostering creativity, operational excellence, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with organisational goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class events.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and delivery — including design, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Drive innovation in event formats, technology, and audience engagement.
- Manage vendor partnerships and ensure cost-effective, high-quality execution.
- Oversee departmental budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Present and pitch creative event concepts with strategic insight and confidence.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale events, exhibitions, or brand activations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of event production, creative direction, and budgeting.
- Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded, with the ability to drive innovation and results.
