Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of operational work experience.
• 14 years in energy management, with at least 10 years in leadership.
• Experience with ESCO/EPC contracts and performance-based models.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and manage a high-performing team.
• Develop energy and decarbonization strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee implementation of retrofit projects.
