Job summary

Hub Recruitment LTD in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Head of Early Years/Teacher to lead our EYFS program, shaping the foundation of young learners and guiding a dedicated team of educators.

The role requires UK National Curriculum experience, at least 5 years as Head of Early Years, and native English. UAE experience is preferable. Start date August 2025.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience within the UK National Curriculum.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Head of Early Years.
• Employment stability is required.
• Native English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum ensuring highquality teaching and learning outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Early Years teachers fostering a collaborative and inspiring teaching environment.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and development.
• Ensure that the EYFS framework is followed incorporating best practices in early childhood education.
• Monitor and assess student progress ensuring tailored support for individual learning needs.
• Maintain open communication with parents providing updates on student progress and development.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in early childhood education and implement new methodologies where appropriate.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align Early Years education with the overall school vision and goals.
