- Ensure content and campaigns are data-driven, audience-focused, and high-performing
- Shape and execute content frameworks that deliver consistency, quality, and impact across platforms
Digital Innovation – Lead Performance, UX and SEO
- Champion digital innovation, bringing in new technologies and methodologies to enhance engagement
- Guide full-scale website development and UX redesign projects
- Oversee robust SEO strategies to maximise visibility, discoverability, and brand authority
- Use analytics to measure campaign performance, optimise activity, and drive continuous improvement
Digital Governance and Leadership – Build Influence and Capability
- Own brand governance and digital risk management across all platforms
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards for brand safety
- Collaborate across corporate affairs, marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure alignment
- Lead, inspire, and develop digital teams to foster a culture of creativity, agility, and excellence
- Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on effectiveness and long-term value
Candidate Profile – Global Digital Marketing Leader
- Experience in digital marketing leadership roles, ideally in complex, global B2B environments
- Strong expertise across website development, content strategy, paid and organic social, SEO, UX, and analytics
- Experience overseeing large digital ecosystems and high-profile campaigns
- Track record of digital innovation and performance marketing at scale
