Job summary

1inch is seeking a Senior leader to head the infrastructure and platform engineering function. You will drive an AI-driven, autonomous operations approach and align DevOps with product and engineering priorities.

You will mentor teams, define governance, and own cloud-native infrastructure including Kubernetes, networking, and storage. Strong IaC, policy-as-code, and automation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering or SRE.
• You have 5+ years of experience leading platform or DevOps teams and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the DevOps and platform engineering strategy, aligning the platform roadmap with priorities.
• Lead, mentor and grow the team through hiring, performance management and succession planning.
• Establish ownership, standards, processes and governance for reliability, security and cost efficiency.
• Own architecture and operation of cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, storage and shared services.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code and automation-first principles across capacity planning and vendor management.
• Embed Cursor AI and agentic automation across provisioning, CI/CD, observability and remediation.
• Build self-healing mechanisms to detect, diagnose and recover from incidents.
• Provide self-service infrastructure and AI-assisted workflows with safety and cost controls.
• Define reliability, observability, security standards across CI/CD and platform services with SLIs/SLOs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security and IT to set platform guardrails and report progress to executives.
