Job summary

TalentsTide is working with a prominent Government of Dubai entity looking for an experienced data analyst to oversee data management initiatives. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing sectoral data, designing data architecture, and ensuring compliance with government standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of professional experience in data management, preferably within government, and holds a relevant Bachelor's degree. A family book is also required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government or semi-government organizations.
• Must have a family book.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement the annual operational plan, including targets, KPIs, and budget requirements.
• Design and develop data architecture to improve analysis and reporting efficiency.
• Establish frameworks and methodologies for institutional data management.
• Oversee development of data operation and archiving standards aligned with government policies.
• Integrate emerging technologies into data management processes.
• Evaluate database changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee data security in coordination with relevant entities.
• Conduct periodic data maturity assessments and improvement plans.
• Develop centralized databases for strategic and sectoral data.
• Perform other assigned duties.
