In this hands-on role, you will set and maintain high design standards while managing a motivated team. Essential skills include fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, alongside strong leadership and innovative flair. Preferred candidates will demonstrate a competitive edge with a keen awareness of global design trends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in magazine, social and digital design.
• Experience directing video assets.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain visual and design aesthetic across brands.
• Lead, advise on and execute magazine covers.
• Be hands-on in the workflow alongside the team.

Fluent in Adobe InDesign

Fluent in Photoshop

Fluent in Illustrator

Experience in Canva

Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro

Experience in After Effects

Fluent in English

Arabic desirable

Education

At least six years relevant industry experience
