People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is recruiting for an experienced Compliance Verification Engineering Lead to head and manage the CVE system within a leading aerospace design organisation developing uncrewed aerial systems. You will ensure independent verification is robust, governed, and aligned with airworthiness standards.

The role includes managing CVE authorisations, delegation scopes, signatory standards, calibration sessions, and ongoing standardisation to reduce rework in compliance

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in certification verification and approval of compliance evidence.
• Strong understanding of EASA Part 21-style compliance demonstration and verification requirements.
• Experience establishing and managing delegation frameworks, authorisations, signatory rules and standardisation processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the CVE system within the aerospace design organisation.
• Manage CVE authorisations, delegation scopes, signatory standards and verification capability.
• Define, maintain and publish the CVE delegation matrix and signatory consistency rules.
• Lead CVE calibration, peer reviews and standardisation activities.
