Requirements
- 5 years in business development leadership experience in the Ophthalmology sector with a focus on hospital operations and strategic expansion.
- A proven ability to manage and scale premium familyowned midsize or boutique eye hospitals within the UAE or GCC.
- Exceptional negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
