We are partnering with a fast-growing, independently owned financial services firm that delivers structured product-Family Offices, EAMs, Private Banks, and Securities Houses across Asia and the Middle East. Leveraging advanced technology, the firm offers a streamlined SaaS platform and operates under an SFC license.

They are now looking to hire an experienced professional to lead client acquisition and relationship management efforts, with a focus on business development and asset raising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and develop new client relationships across the firm’s core markets, focusing on financial institutions.
  • Deepen engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and increased wallet share.
  • Drive AuM growth by promoting the firm's branded structured products and tailored investment solutions.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities based on evolving client needs.
  • Manage client onboarding, including KYC / due diligence.
  • Provide ongoing client support across non-dealing matters via the firm’s digital platforms.
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating business contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience covering institutional clients (EAMs, private banks, brokers).
  • Strong interest in outbound sales and business development within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with structured products and client coverage in Asia is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
