Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks a Section Head – Applications Development to lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's digital applications and systems, aligning with business strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a strong leadership capability, and expertise in SDLC, systems integration, and enterprise applications, with emphasis on driving innovation and vendor management within a dynamic IT

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop department operational plan, KPIs, and annual budget.
Lead feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new systems.
Oversee design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
Ensure applications meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
Lead automation initiatives and AI/Automation projects.
