Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for software development and application architecture.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Application Development to lead software development teams and drive the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of IT applications. The role will be responsible for defining technology direction, overseeing application architecture, and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Define and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for software development and application architecture.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, development frameworks and SDLC methodologies.

• Experience delivering complex software products and managing multiple development projects.

• Knowledge of database technologies and integration of enterprise applications.

Required Experience and Competencies

• 15-18 years of overall experience in software development, system analysis, coding, SDLC and application implementation.

• 7-10 years of experience in programming languages and development tools.

• 7-10 years of team and resource management experience.

• Proven leadership experience managing software development and testing teams.

• Strong project management, analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
