Job summary

TechShack in Dubai is seeking a Head of AI Infrastructure & HPC to lead the design, delivery and ongoing performance of its advanced compute ecosystem. You will own GPU-rich infrastructure, set roadmaps for NVIDIA systems, interconnects, storage and cluster management, and guide a team of engineers across Linux, networking and platform infra.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience with GPU clusters, HPC environments and production-grade deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading GPU infrastructure and HPC deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, production-grade compute clusters.
• Strong leadership of engineering teams across Linux, networking and platform infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and expansion of GPU-accelerated compute infrastructure for AI and HPC workloads.
• Define roadmaps for NVIDIA GPU systems, high-speed interconnects, storage and cluster management.
• Oversee deployments involving H100, H200, Blackwell and HGX/DGX hardware architectures.
• Direct engineering activities across InfiniBand, RoCE, RDMA, NVLink/NVSwitch and distributed networking.
• Establish robust deployment methodologies spanning hardware integration, configuration, testing and production readiness.
• Improve infrastructure efficiency through GPU performance optimization, capacity planning and reliability engineering.
• Oversee cluster scheduling, workload management and container orchestration implementations.
• Introduce scalable automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration and operations.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors and data centers throughout delivery.
• Recruit, develop and manage engineers across GPU systems, Linux, HPC, networking and platform infra.
• Shape long-term infrastructure strategy, governance and operational processes.
