As part of our strategic expansion across the MENA region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Administration to join our Abu Dhabi office.
Please note that this role requires professional proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage office equipment, stationery, and supplies
- Coordinate with landlord on lease‑related matters
- Organize staff seating arrangements in rented premises
- Liaise with suppliers and manage contracts
- Oversee repair and maintenance of office equipment, fittings, and furniture
- Coordinate team trips and conferences
- Administer contract approval processes
- Control document regulation workflows
- Manage invoice control and submission for payments
Probation Period Assessment Criteria
- No complaints from management or employees
- Demonstrates initiative and efficiency in resolving office‑related issues
- Timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks without management comments
Professional Competence Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in head of administrative roles
- Proven experience in organizing office space and operations in large companies
- Procurement experience
- Experience in team management
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject
