Qualifications

Job description

An experienced and highly motivated Head – ERP to lead and manage enterprise-wide ERP implementations, integrations, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on expertise in Xpedeon, Peoplestrong, OpenText, and front‑end integrations. This role is critical to managing and optimizing business‑critical applications, ensuring smooth operational continuity across functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operation.

ERP Management & Strategy
  • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of ERP platforms, especially Xpedeon and Peoplestrong.
  • Manage integrations across modules and third‑party applications, ensuring seamless front‑end and back‑end connectivity.
  • Coordinate with functional heads to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
System Integration & Architecture
  • Oversee front‑end integrations with various business‑critical systems and user interfaces.
  • Ensure optimal integration between ERP systems and platforms such as OpenText (for document management and workflows).
  • Maintain system performance, security, and compliance standards.
Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Lead a cross‑functional ERP team and manage external vendors, including system integrators and support partners.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, change requests, and system upgrades.
Project & Change Management
  • Plan and execute ERP‑related projects with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure minimal disruption during system updates, migrations, and integrations.
Support & Training
  • Oversee system support, issue resolution, and SLA adherence for business‑critical applications.
  • Design and deliver training programs to end‑users and business teams for ERP adoption.
Must-Have Technical Expertise
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in ERP project management and operations.
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Xpedeon ERP (project‑based ERP – ideally in construction or infrastructure industries).
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Peoplestrong (HRMS/Payroll system).
  • Proven hands‑on experience with OpenText (Enterprise Content Management / Document Management).
  • Proven hands‑on experience with front‑end integrations (APIs, Web Services, Middleware, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, workflows, and data models.
Functional Knowledge
  • End‑to‑end ERP process mapping across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Project Management.
  • Experience managing business‑critical applications with high up‑time requirements.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and data security requirements.
Leadership Project Skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Strong project management skills (PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
  • Excellent vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
