Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the fitness industry.

• Ability to coach sessions professionally and to standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and consistently improve member experience.
• Create a positive, energetic and motivational training environment.
• Lead and assist with exercises developed by the firm.
• Be punctual for sessions and events.
• Assist with setting up and vacating equipment for each session.
• Set up drills/stations prior to training start time.
• Deliver tactical/technical instructions for each session.
• Ensure all Center policies and health guidelines are observed for safety.
• Be reliable, friendly and professional.
• Work hours: 2 days of classes plus admin, 6 days a week.
