Job summary

The Head Barista at KAF Cafe in Dubai oversees all coffee operations, ensuring beverage quality, consistency, and excellent service. You will lead day-to-day coffee preparation, train staff, and uphold hygiene and SOPs.

Strong leadership, deep coffee knowledge, and the ability to manage a fast-paced cafe are essential. English communication and teamwork are required to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a Barista, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication in English.
• Experience in specialty coffee and matcha is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coffee quality, preparation, and consistency per KAF Cafe standards.
• Supervise and train baristas on shift; conduct coaching.
• Manage opening/closing, stock levels, and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
