Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the coffee shop
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages; be the shop’s Coffee Specialist
• Showcase deep knowledge of coffees, origins, flavors and extraction methods
• Train junior or new baristas as needed
• Regularly clean coffee equipment and maintain hygiene standards
• Uphold all store policies and cafe procedures
• Create a premium cafe experience through service, drinks, presentation and store merchandising
• Assist with building a strong cafe culture and potential expansion plans

Head Barista
