Job summary

Head Baker

We are a well-established bakery in Sharjah, seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will oversee the production of all baked goods and manage a team of bakers to ensure quality and timely delivery. This is a full-time position suitable for male applicants with experience in the bakery industry. Filipinos with their own visa are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of all baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes


• Train and manage a team of bakers to maintain high standards of quality and consistency


• Create new recipes and develop innovative products to expand our menu offerings


• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed


• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times


• Monitor equipment performance and schedule repairs or maintenance as needed


• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate orders for events or special occasions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a bakery setting


• Expertise in baking techniques and methods for various types of breads, pastries, and cakes


• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively


• Strong creativity and innovation in developing new recipes and products


• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations


• Excellent time management skills


• Good physical stamina to handle long hours on your feet


• Fluent in English (Tagalog is an advantage)

Salary:

1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
