Job summary

SPERTON India - Where Great People Meet in a plastic manufacturing plant invites a Blow Moulding Machine Operator to operate extrusion blow moulding (EBM) machines safely and efficiently, producing HDPE bottles and jerry cans to approved specs while meeting targets and minimizing rejects.

You will start, stop and change over machines, monitor parameters such as extruder temp, die/head temp, parison programming, blow pressure, cycle time, and ensure correct materials and moulds are used.

Qualifications

• Operates extrusion blow moulding machines to produce HDPE bottles and cans.
• Monitors process parameters and quality to meet specs.
• Performs changeovers and routine maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate EBM/blow moulding machines as per SOP and instructions.
• Start/stop machines, manage changeovers and monitor temps, speed, and pressure.
• Ensure correct materials, moulds and neck inserts are used; maintain quality records.
