Job summary

Gheewala Human Resource Consultants is seeking a site supervisor to oversee hardscape and civil construction activities at project sites in the UAE. You will lead and coordinate workers involved in hardscape works, ensuring work aligns with drawings and project requirements.

You will monitor quality, alignment, and finishing, coordinate with engineers and project teams, manage materials and tools, and ensure daily work progresses according to schedules while maintaining safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscape and civil construction is required.
• Ability to supervise skilled and unskilled workers on site.

• Supervise hardscape and civil construction activities at project sites.
• Lead and coordinate workers involved in hardscape works.
• Supervise activities such as paving, curbstone, interlock, and related civil works.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project requirements.
