Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damages.
• Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and household appliances.
• Install new fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
