ProSports UAE is a leading sports academy dedicated to developing athletes through quality coaching, structured programs, and a positive training environment. We are expanding our gymnastics department and looking for an experienced coach to join our passionate team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach who can deliver high-quality coaching following the USA Gymnastics program. The ideal candidate should bring energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every session while helping gymnasts reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct gymnastics sessions for various age groups and levels.
• Ensure safety, engagement, and proper skill development in every class.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to maintain program standards.
• Evaluate athletes’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in organizing events, clinics, and competitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience coaching gymnastics.
• Familiarity with the USA Gymnastics program (USAG).
• Valid driving license and access to a car.
• English fluency (spoken and written).
• Recognized gymnastics coaching certifications.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong teamwork skills.
