Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
• Previous experience in a standalone or high-end specialty bar/restaurant is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Experts take initiative and deliver services to make guests enjoy their meal.
• Set tables and communicate with the kitchen.
• Interact with and serve guests, maintain clean work areas and supplies.
• Follow safety, appearance, and policy standards; uphold quality.
