Job summary

The St. Regis Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Expert to deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be on your feet, interact with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure a seamless service flow throughout service hours.

You\'ll read and verify menu information, maintain a clean work space, and uphold professional appearance and communications. Prior experience in high-end dining is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
• Previous experience in a standalone or high-end specialty bar/restaurant is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and assist guests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Communicate with kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Interact and serve guests, upsell where appropriate.
• Clean work areas and maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
• Read and verify menu information.
