Job description

If you’ve got the charm, we’ve got the front desk! We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent who loves meeting new people, brings vibrant energy, and knows how to make every guest feel special. If you’ve got the personality, the passion for hospitality, and a smile that makes someone’s day, WE WANT YOU!

Come join our awesome gang at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown and bring your own flair to the team!

About Us

A little curiosity can take you anywhere. So, at Hotel Indigo ®, we do more than satisfy our guests' curiosity, we inspire them. Our passionate colleagues help create memorable and unique experiences for our guests; in a place truly connected to the local neighborhood, infused with intriguing design and local flavors. Where every day brings new discoveries, fresh experiences, and unexpected ideas.

The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotel’s neighborhood story, the story of Dubai Creek.

And just like our hotels, no two colleagues are the same. So, we’re curious about YOU. How will you inspire the eclectic rhythm in our hotels? How will you bring the local neighborhood story to life? At Hotel Indigo® hotels, we’re excited to meet spirited characters who can delight the most curious guests.

Your Day to Day

We’re not just after someone to stand behind a desk; we’re looking for a people person, someone who brings good vibes, quick thinking, and a big smile to every shift.

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be welcoming guests like old friends, handling check-ins, check-outs, room keys, payments, and all the little details in between. You’ll be answering questions, solving mini-mysteries (like “where’s the best karak around here?”), and connecting the dots across departments to keep things flowing smoothly. You’ll work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and the rest of the Front Office gang to make sure everything’s running like clockwork.

Expect to be on your feet, think on the fly, and bring your personality to the role, because we’re big on character, not cookie-cutter service. Bonus points if you’ve got a talent for remembering guest names, love sharing cool local tips, or know how to turn a challenging check-in into a glowing review.

What We Need From You

We want someone who’s confident, friendly with vibrant personalities and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you’ve worked in a front desk or guest-facing role before, great! If you’ve used Opera PMS, even better. But more than anything, we want someone who’s all about people. You’ll need to juggle a few things at once, stay calm when it’s busy, and always be ready with a “no problem, we’ve got you.” Fluency in English is a must, and if you speak any other languages, that’s a nice plus. You’ll need to be flexible with shifts and bring a good attitude no matter what time of day it is. We’re a creative, curious, slightly quirky bunch, so if you’ve got a little edge and a big heart, you’ll feel right at home.

What We Offer

Join us and not only can you benefit from the world of variety and opportunity that comes with working for a global organization, you can also look forward to being part of a company that will appreciate you for being you. We’ll reward all your hard work with a great salary and benefit package.
