InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Provide personalized service, anticipating guest needs and preferences to create a seamless experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the Club Lounge’s presentation, cleanliness, and setup standards.
  • Assist with food and beverage service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
  • Handle guest billing, reservations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Promote hotel facilities, services, and loyalty programs when appropriate.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar front office or guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS or a similar hotel management system.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.
