Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies and respond to accidents.
• Prepare and review reports; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property.
• Follow company policies; train, motivate and coach employees as needed.
