What will I be doing?
As Guest Room Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, suites, and related areas are maintained to the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality. You will play a key role in the guest experience by ensuring that in-room facilities operate flawlessly and any technical issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

  • Responding to guest service calls and resolving issues quickly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Inspecting guest rooms regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Coordinating with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.

  • Recording and updating maintenance work orders and ensuring compliance with Hilton engineering standards.

  • Supporting the Engineering leadership team in ensuring all health, safety, and fire & life safety procedures are followed.
