Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is recruiting a full-time Housekeeping Assistant. You will ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas under guidance from the Housekeeping Ambassador while following hotel policies.

The role requires 1–2 years’ hotel experience, ability to work with diverse teams, strong communication skills, and a focus on quality, with multi-tasking and deadlines in mind. Internal and external candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with high performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies from supervisor and sign the log book.
• Vacuum and dust rooms, restore cleanliness of guest areas and corridors.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, tiles and mirrors; replenish supplies.
• Maintain neat guest corridors and service areas; inform valet for laundry/pressing services.
