Guest Relations Manager Dubai

We are searching for an English and German-speaking Guest Relations Manager for an established hotel in Dubai.

The responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating arrivals to assigned rooms and ensuring the front-office team, including Receptionists and the Concierge, offer exceptional customer service to ensure the best experiences for the guests.

Previous hotel management experience with hotel procedures, such as reservations, luggage collection, guest amenities, arrival and departure procedures will be essential.

The Guest Relations Manager should show flair for communication, with the ability to resolve requests and clients’ needs issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Key requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Manager, Hotel Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
  • Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
  • Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
