The Role

As Guest Relations Manager, you will be the face of Bâoli Dubai, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your background in PR, VIP relations, and luxury hospitality will allow you to bring in large bookings, secure high-profile partnerships, and collaborate closely with Dubai’s concierge networks to elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, key partners, and concierge networks across Dubai.
  • Drive new guest acquisition through PR activities, networking, and collaborations.
  • Manage and coordinate large group bookings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the venue — welcoming guests with professionalism, charm, and discretion.
  • Work with Sales & Events teams to maximize bookings and partnerships.
  • Ensure service excellence and uphold Bâoli’s standards of luxury and exclusivity.
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, PR, or guest relations within Dubai’s lifestyle scene.
  • Strong network with concierge services, agencies, and VIP clients.
  • Proven track record of generating bookings and guest loyalty.
  • Highly presentable, professional, and confident communicator.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-pressure environments.
