Qualifications

• Diploma or training in general maintenance works.
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting or electrical fields.
• Good command of English and ability to locate and rectify faults.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace tiles, floors and walls as required.
• Carry out general repairs to block work walls and plastered surfaces.
• Repair and fix damaged shelving and furniture.
• Carry out painting works and general maintenance tasks.
• Perform plumbing tasks and replace silicon sealant.
• Repair windows, doors and locks.
• Adhere to Rotana policies and report severe damages to superiors.
