Job summary

Hilton is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service and events. You’ll greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and help set tables with precision while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service.
• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
