Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about food and beverages.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of orders.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
