Job summary

Paramount Midtown Hotel in Dubai invites candidates to audition for a role within our Spa & Recreation team, focusing on guest relations and pool/fitness facility support. Qualifications

• Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality or health club industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests using the hotel’s pool and fitness facilities.
• Register guests and maintain accurate recreation records.
• Ensure pool, fitness, and recreation areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Set up pool furniture, cabanas, towels, and other guest amenities.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and report maintenance or housekeeping requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the Spa & Recreation team.
