Job summary

A luxury hotel in Dubai seeks a Front Office staff member to enhance guest satisfaction and manage check-in/check-out procedures. Ideal candidates will have experience with a Property Management system like Opera and excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. This is a full-time position within a reputable four-star hospitality environment offering a unique experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related Property Management system is required.
  • Arabic speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and complaints timely.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out for all hotel guests.
  • Provide cashiering services and maintain good guest relations.
  • Help guests plan their leisure time.
  • Act as an ambassador for Accor Hospitality throughout the guest experience.
  • Adhere to hotel standard operating procedures.
