Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise staff for optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner and use their name.
  • Register and room all arrivals according to procedures.
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and room change processes.
  • Maintain cashier float and daily money reports.
  • Cash personal checks and assist with currency exchange.
  • Attend to guest complaints and inquiries timely.
  • Conduct shift briefings to communicate hotel activities.
