Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff for optimal guest satisfaction.
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and use their name.
- Register and room all arrivals according to procedures.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and room change processes.
- Maintain cashier float and daily money reports.
- Cash personal checks and assist with currency exchange.
- Attend to guest complaints and inquiries timely.
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate hotel activities.
