Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry.
• Previous experience of cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Knowledge of Wines and F&B Drinks.

• Ensure knowledge of menu and products.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards.
• Assist callers courteously and accurately.
