Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry.
• Previous experience of cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Manage guest queries effectively.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Follow reporting procedures for issues.
• Adhere to Hilton Grooming standards.
• Handle calls and messages accurately.
