The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, timely amenity delivery, and collaboration across Front Office and Engineering to create memorable experiences for guests staying with Hilton.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest requests and inquiries related to Housekeeping, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team for timely delivery of amenities and services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, room status updates, and daily activities.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks, daily reports, and departmental coordination.
